Our Brazilian decaf beans are often raved about by customers as being the best they have ever tasted. This in part is the beans, but also our care and attention in preparation as with all of our coffees.
Our decaf is made using the Swiss Water® Process, a chemical-free method using only time, temperature, water, and coffee to remove 99.9% of caffeine from the bean. This gentle process allows a coffee’s unique characteristics to shine through without leaving any chemical residue.
By using green beans that have caffeine extracted using the Swiss Water® Process instead of harsh chemicals, it ensures a smooth, rich cup of coffee for you to enjoy without the caffeine hit.
