Handmade in Whangaparoa, Adele and Richie take great pride in creating new ways to share their unique view of the world honouring their Maori, Fijian and English heritage. This Tiki oval ceramic dish has been handcrafted by Borrowed Earth. Each dish has been hand painted, then a sgraffito technique is used to create the pattern. The dish is then bisque fired and when the temperature has cooled, it’s then taken out of the kiln and a transparent glossy glaze goes over the top. It’s then fired again to around 1200 degrees.
