The quality of the chocolate is the key to this cake’s glorious richness, so inside the box you'll find the exact same chocolate we use to bake this recipe in my bakery everyday. The sheet of edible 24k gold leaf is intended to be delicately pressed onto the top of your cake to make it even more lavish. This kit is gluten free.
