How to Use Roller
First take off all your makeup and cleanse your face using your Meshiqui Makeup Remover Pad.
You can use your favorite oil or serum or use the roller without any product as well. When using oil or serum with the Meshiqui Roller, it will help the products better penetrate your skin.
Eyes: Use the smaller end of your roller for the skin around your eyes. Begin by placing your roller on the inner corner of your under eye. Roll outwards towards your ear. Repeat 5 times, then repeat on the other side.
Forehead: Start by gently placing your rose quartz roller on the center of your forehead near your hairline. Roll downwards towards your ear until you reach your temple. Repeat 5 times, then repeat on the other side.
Face: Roll your cheekbones, lips, and chin using the same basic method as your forehead and eyes. Starting at the center of your face (next to your nose, in the center of your upper lip, or the center of your chin), roll outwards towards your ears. Repeat 5 times on each side.
Pro-Tip: put the Meshiqui roller in the fridge before use in the morning and it will eradicate morning puffiness and get your skin refreshed and closes pores.
How To Use Gua Sha
Use over clean skin daily for 3–5 minutes. Repeat each exercise at least five times and do each side of the face separately for maximum benefits.
Lips: Glide over your lips back and forth 5–7 times for a plumped pout.
Under Eye: Start in the inner corner of the eye and glide outward toward the temple to send your eye bags packing. Be super careful in this area.
Cheek: Start at the nose and work upward in a swooping motion along the cheeks and cheekbones, moving outward toward your ears. Scrape once then move down a bit and scrape again. Move down a bit more to the center of the chin and scrape again.
Brows: Glide upward along the brow bone, going from the inside out.
Jawline and Chin: Glide the tool upward, from the center of your chin out to the earlobe to contour the jaw.
Forehead: Start at the center of your forehead, dividing it into three sections, and glide the tool outward. Scrape once then move down a bit and scrape again.
Neck: Section your neck into four areas and scrape each section from the bottom up, moving for five strokes per section.
