Bio Honey | Rata Honey

Biohoney Forest Canopy Rata Honey has a delicate caramel flavour with slight notes of salt. Rata is a beautiful native tree in New Zealand’s South Island. It sets the forest canopy alight with scarlet flowers every 5-7 years but most years there are not enough flowers for bees to produce dedicated rata honey. Our West Coast Forest Canopy Rata Honey has a luxurious creamy caramel flavour and is packed just as it is collected from the hive without any blending.
