A nourishing balm to encourage a peaceful transition into sleep or rest, with gentle massage, before or after stressful events and at the end of the day. Lavender, roman chamomile and sandalwood therapeutic grade essential oils, are blended with sunflower, coconut oil, and beeswax to promote relaxation.
